Consider this your one-stop-shop for getting support on the weekend. Below are the most common issues we run up against, along with steps to solve them. You can chat with IT using the bubble in the bottom right.

Quick fixes before we chat
The “See a Greeter” message has two common causes:
- It might be that a parent is checking their child in before the check-in window.
- It might be that the child has already checked in.

Printers can be fickle, but luckily changing label rolls and clearing jams are the same process. Before you let us know about a problem with a check-in printer, make sure to run through the following simple steps. More often than not, a printer issue is one of these simple things.
- Double-check to make sure the printer is powered on and is loaded with labels.
- If the printer’s pause light is glowing, press the pause button to resume printing.
- If the printer is jammed, remove the roll of labels, remove any crinkled or ripped tags then re-load the labels into the printer.
After checking the above, press the printer’s feed button. If printing does not resume, please get in touch with us using the chat bubble at the bottom of the page. Please tell us which station had an issue so we can take a look during the week.
If your check-in station is not loading, please reboot it by doing one of the following:
- Selecting the Restart option in the start menu
- Holding the power button until the system powers down then pressing again to power up
If you have rebooted and check-in still does not load, please contact us using the chat bubble.
If you arrive at your classroom and find that the Apple TV is not connected to the network/internet, you can use the following steps to reconnect:
- Use the remote to open the “
Settings” app from the home screen.
- Select Network, then select Wi-Fi, and wait for 10-15 seconds. A network named “NCC” should appear; when it does, select it to connect.
